Q: What types of coffee do you sell?
A: We currently offer freshly roasted coffee, available in 12oz bags.

Q: Is your coffee freshly roasted?
A: Yes! All orders are roasted fresh in small batches typically 2-3 days before shipping.

Q: Do you offer ground coffee?
A: At this time, we only sell whole beans to ensure the best flavor.


📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Flat-rate shipping is $5 per order.  Free if order is over $65.00.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 7 days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.


🔄 Subscriptions

Q: How does the subscription work?
A: You can choose your favorite blend, bag size, and quantity to receive fresh coffee 1x or 2x per month.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes, subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your account dashboard.

Q: Can I change my blend or bag size in my subscription?
A: Absolutely! You can update your subscription preferences at any time.

A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.


🛡 Returns & Support

Q: Can I return my coffee?
A: Since coffee is perishable, we can’t accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
